The conference is scheduled to be held April 7-11, 2010, and once again the venue will be the Crowne Plaza Washington-National Airport hotel in Washington DC.

NOTE (Re: Room Booking Issues): If you are having trouble booking your room online (ex. error message that says no rooms available) please contact the hotel directly at 703-416-1600 during regular business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST). Additionally, if you would like double bed booking because you are room sharing, you must contact the hotel by phone to make your reservation. These types of rooms are limited and will run out quickly. There are only 23 double rooms available on Friday & Saturday night in total. Please make your reservation ASAP if you wish to share your room. Additionally, the hotel has informed us that if a double bed room is unavailable at the time you make your reservation, you will have the option of being put on a waiting list.
We suggest flying into the Reagan National Airport as it is only ten minutes away from the hotel with free shuttle service, while both BWI and Dulles are over 45 minutes away.
