HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

This year our conference is located at the Courtyard Boston Tremont by Marriott. However, the Tremont Hotel is now completely full! If you didn’t get a room reservation early on, we now have a "back up" hotel for you. The Hampton Inn & Suites has reserved a limited number of rooms, which they will hold until Wednesday, April 5. Reservations after that date will be based on availability. These rooms are at a slightly higher rate ($149) but there are also some amenities that help to balance the higher rate. These include:
  • Complimentary Airport Shuttle and shuttle service to the Tremont
  • Free high speed internet
  • Complimentary breakfast
  • Free local calls
  • Reduced parking fee of $10.00

Hampton Inn & Suites – Boston Crosstown Center is a relatively new property, located at 811 Massachusetts Avenue. For reservations, call 617-445-6400. Their fax is 617-445-6411.
